1. Order Processing (Print-on-Demand)
- All products are made-to-order via Quikink
- Order processing & printing time: 2–4 business days
- Orders are processed only after successful payment or COD verification
2. Shipping Timeline
- After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days across India
- Total estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days (including production + shipping)
- Delivery time may vary based on location, courier availability, and external factors
3. Shipping Partners
- Orders are fulfilled and shipped through Quikink’s logistics network
- Multiple courier partners may be used for faster delivery
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout
- Free shipping may be offered during promotions or special offers
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email/WhatsApp
- You can track your order status in real-time
6. Delays & Exceptions
- Delays may occur due to:
- High order volume
- Weather conditions
- Courier service issues
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners, but we will assist you in tracking your order
7. Delivery Attempts
- Courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned

- Customers must provide accurate shipping details
- We are not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect or incomplete address
9. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with proof
- All such cases will be verified before approval
- In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with Quikink and the courier partner
